Goose – simply delicious
Our goose specialities really are something special. Enjoy our traditional roast goose, exquisite goose dripping and delicious goose brawn. In compliance with official requirements, we breed all our own geese on open land in a neighbouring village where about 100 white birds happily bustle around in natural surroundings.
Rodetal Highland Cattle We have been successfully breeding Scottish highland cattle since 2005. Over 20 animals graze on our lush meadows, feeding purely organically on grass and herbage. Raw feed, that is hay and straw, are the only additional fodder they are given. Highland cattle is a very extensive cattle breed that can also be successfully raised on woodland pastures. Its meat grows slowly – in contrast to beef raised on fattening farms. This guarantees high quality meat with excellent taste and low cholesterol content. |
